Need help with finding moles in 5% hydrogen peroxide

So I did an experiment and the solutions were labelled 5%, 10%, 15%, etc. hydrogen peroxide? How would I calculate how many moles is in 5% or would it just be 0.05 moles?
5% H202 would mean that for every dm^3 of solution, there's 50cm^3 of H202
You can use this to work out the molarity

Does that mean I divide this by the molar mass of H2O2 to find the number of moles?

Well we're going to need to know the volume of the solution before we can determine that.

5% solution in a litre is going to contain more moles than a 5% solution in half a litre.
