NVQ done and passed but no certificate for 2 months!!!!
They will send an official confirmation email detailing course and results but is this acceptable?

Why not contact them and ask them if there is a certificate or you can pay for such? Is this the normal way of things? Not really a question of whether its acceptable just find out if you can expect or request a certificate or if the e-mail is all you will get.
If you arent happy then be prepared to make a complaint.
