Lamb is where it's at.

Pork gives so many delicious cuts, as it's so fatty.
Ribs, belly pork, bacon, pigs trotters..

Let's do an analysis of pork products against similar meats...

beef ribs > pork ribs
Belly pork > Roast beef > roast pork
Pulled pork > beef brisket

Then you throw lamb into the mix...

Lamb ribs > beef ribs (for taste/punch)

Slow roasted lamb > pulled pork

Belly pork and slow roasted fatty lamb are equally delicious - I cannot choose.

Therefore lamb and pork are my winners. Pork slightly above as it offers more range.

God I'm hungry now.

No way, if I ever had to give up a meat for some reason it would be pork. Based purely on taste and not religious reasons or even the fact that it is the most similar meat to human meat. It's the fact that it can be fatty and greasy while being completely dry at the same time.
