1:00pm (Costa): 2 cups of tea
Lunch – 2:00pm: Scampi with potato smiley faces and salad (cherry tomatoes, lettuce, spring onion, carrot batons and mixed beans). Diet Coke
Afternoon snack – 4:30pm: Cup of tea. Linzer biscuit
Dinner – 7:30pm: 60g pasta with a chicken chargrill, cheese, sundried tomato, mushrooms, roasted peppers and baby leek. Diet Coke. Cup of tea
