Actually a UKL party would be cool if people didn't live all over the UK and in other countries too, so members like curryADD wouldn't be able to attend.

And it'd end up in London or somewhere else where people can't get to. The Midlands and North would be best!

No, because thats even harder to get to, especially for people abroad.
London and the south have the best transport sstem, and the most eas access from abroad so the'd be the easiest places to hold it.
