A levels for Medical School
Would it be better to have A*AAA (A* in English) at A2 or A*AA (A* in Maths) for an application to medical school?

Makes no difference
unless you're applying for Barts (in which case you go for the first one as it gives you an extra 120 ucas points) it won't make a difference.
