I saw the heart tattoo in a playboy magazine. I thought it was just clever dying/waxing but then I looked closer (lol.. I was there with it right up against my nose staring).

It is a biot wierd the tatoo, it's kind of diamante looking, but it is on every pic, and the vid, and doesn't move, very odd, can kinda see why you had your nose pressed against it, to take a closer look, lol!!
