Letting Agents in Canterbury

Hi Everyone,

So as someone who does't live in Canterbury I was wondering if anyone could let me know some of the estate agents/letting agents that are based in Canterbury.

I will be coming to Canterbury in September 2013 but wanna get my housing situation sorted beforehand. I don't really want to go into Student Accommodation and ideally trying to find a 1 bedroom place or a house share with fellow students but looking online isn't going to well. It would be a huge help if anyone could inform me of Letting Agencies so i can approach them directly

Hey! I'm looking for exactly the same thing as well! It's proving to be a bit difficult looking online. Going to try and find a good agent, if I have any luck I will post some info on here :smile:

Student Lettings

Hello!

Try to find a lettings agency that specialises in students and their needs. Going through a normal estate agent can be expensive.
Normal estate agents usually charge deposits, admin fees, credit check fees, check in fees, and check out fees..

A Student Lettings Agency wouldn't charge a deposit but would ask for a guarantor instead. They wouldn't charge you to your eyeballs either.

Search for Student Lettings Agents on placebuzz.co.uk or simply search for rooms/house shares in Canterbury.
