National Stress Awareness Day!

Everyone gets stressed at some point and being under pressure is a normal part of life.

Studying can impact your stress levels and therefore in honour of it being Stress Awareness Day we wanted to give you five top tips to help you manage your stress when revising:

1. Take small breaks in-between studying: listen to some music, make yourself a nice hot drink, grab a snack.

2. Reward yourself: in-between studying take some time to do things you enjoy such as watching your favourite show or spend time with friends.

3. Engage in physical activity: get outside and go for a walk.

4. Study in small groups: This does not work for everyone however, it can be beneficial as you can help each other and test each other's knowledge.

5. Reach out to family, friends or teachers if you are struggling: This is really important as becoming too stressed can affect your studying. By reaching out to someone they may be able to provide support, help take a weight off your shoulders and help steer you in the right direction.

What is your top tip for managing stress from studying? :hmmmm:

I hope this helps and always remember to reach out when you become stressed! :proud:
