Medical Elective at Greenslopes Hospital, Brisbane, Austrailia (Accommodation)

Hi Guys and Girls,

I have sorted my elective to do Orthopaedics at Greenslopes Private Hospital in Brisbane from 1st July - 27th July. They don't have hospital accommodation and the student co-ordinator has sent me an e-mail with loads of accommodation options.

The problem is, I'm going out there alone and don't fancy chilling on my own for a month. I was hoping to stay somewhere where I'll get a chance to meet other people my age doing a similar thing, preferably other healthcare students.

Any ideas where would be a decent place to stay or good way to meet people?! :colondollar:

I'm hoping I'll make friends in the hospital!
