Medical Elective year 5 Abroad

Hello! I am hoping to go on a medical elective in either Mexico or Guatemala. Does anyone know any hospitals in either place that I am able to contact? I'm hoping to contact them directly rather than go through a program, however if anyone has had great experiences within programs I'm also willing to consider!!
