chemistry HPLC
hello just wondering if anybody can help me?? I have a question but don't really understand it. the question is "how does the construction of the HPLC columns differ from that of other types?" please can somebody help me with this? I am getting so stressed and upset about it it is driving me crazy. Thankyou for any help

Why not look up the design of an HPLC column and compare it to a GLC column?
