Identifying chiral carbon

Which are the chiral carbons (and why) in this compound? Is it the corner of the hexagons to which CH3, CH3, OH (respectively) are attached to?

Correct - these are the only C atoms with four groups attached anyway.

Only sp3 carbons can be chiral!
