Should soldiers be investigated over enemy death
In the wake of the trial and sentencing of Marine A, should all British soldiers who have engaged with and killed the enemy be examined and questioned, even when circumstances are defensive?
You can't interview all and go through all engagements, it would take too long and would be near impossible. If there were any that were still foggy in terms of detail and legitimacy then maybe, otherwise no.
