Biology Coursework (OCR Gateway B)

So we're doing our coursework on muscles and muscle fatigue etc, I've already done research and planning and the experiment but I've still got to do the little exam thing.
My question is how can I ensure that I get top marks for the planning (section 2), what should I include? I've already got method, diagram, variables, safety and stuff but is there anything else?
Also any tips for the actual paper? It's all about evaluating results etc. What mathematical calculations can I do on my graph?
