IGCSE English Language A - Edexcel - Paper 2 - 16th Jan

Hey Guys,

Good luck with the exam tomorrow!

I have a quick question if anyone knows...

I've noticed Paper 1 has 60 marks, and Paper 2 has 30, yet the grade boundries are out of 100? Any clues on this? Do we get 10 marks for turning up or is it grammar/spelling?

Either way I think I did terrible on the first one and will probably do worse tomorrow but I only need a C to meet the conditions of my UCAS (don't ask- bizzare circumstances...)

I did the math and I only need 5.2~ on each question to pass with a C which is like Level 2 to 4. I'm only Year 9 and I usually get like National Ciricculum Level 6-7 on my English assessments. Should be okay...

Either way, hope you all do well tomorrow and if this isn't the first thread I apologise!
