How do you work out this question?

This was in the Cayley Olympiad. Apparently the answer is 125 m^2. But I do not understand how to get to the answer.

Basically, i've attached a diagram. There is a circle, of area 2500 m^2. There are two chords which intersect at right angles. On the diagram, area A + area B = 1000. What is the area of H?

There's a very simple way of doing it. The hint is: tile the circle with 4 copies of H, 2 copies of A and 2 copies of B. I'll spoiler a way of seeing this.

I had a more involved look at it and you can also use the intersecting chord theorem and some circle theorems to derive the answer. This is a much more calculation heavy way.
