In year 9 I got: A - Humanities A - graphics
In year 10; A* - Geography A - ICT C - French
In year 11 I am predicted; A* - Maths A* - Biology A* - Chemistry A* - Further Maths A - English Lang A - English Lit A - Physics A - P.E are theses good enough?
Although universities do look at your GCSE grades, especially for a course as competitive as medicine, they are not as important as your A-Level grades - you really need straight As to be in with a shot, unless there are other circumstances that might make unis more lenient.
That said, they do count, but yours are pretty strong. I'm not medical but a few of my friends have applied/have places for medicine, and they had either similar or higher grades than yours. So yes, I think you can do it. Just make sure that you really really apply yourself next year.
So 5A*s, 7As and a C. That is of course good enough for Medicine. Don't worry too much about your GCSE. Those grades for GCSE combined with AAAA at AS level, strong PS and good UKCAT/BMAT score will look good to medical schools.
