When do we get our timetables?!

I'm studying law in september, but i do work in a full time job now as i took a year out, i still want to work where i do when I come to uni but i'm going to need to change my hours to part time. I was thinking of booking freshers week off so it gives me time to change my hours at work, but when is it we get a definite timetable?
