Should I retake my GCSE Maths to get into a MA in psychology for St Andrews

Would St Andrews look at the repeat and immediately reject it. I have the required A in english GCSE but only a C in Maths. Thoughts? Most psychology courses require a B in gcse math.
I would repeat if your A-levels are up to standard for St Andrews and other RG unis.

My AS Level I received aabc and I'm predicted A*A*AA - St andrews require AAA, what do you think? I am also interested in their philosophy or art history courses which need AAB but also the a or b at gcse math
My GCSEs aren't as strong 2A* 3A 3B 2C
I would resit then. You should be aiming for the top uni's with those grades and your maths will really limit your choices.
