Not in every level.
In level 1 there is only an 's' sub-shell with one 's' orbital
In level 2 there is an 's' sub-shell with one 's' orbital and a 'p' sub-shell with three 'p' orbitals, px, py and pz
In level 3 there is an 's' sub-shell with one 's' orbital and a 'p' sub-shell with three 'p' orbitals, px, py and pz, and a 'd' sub-shell with five 'd' orbitals dxy, dxz, dyz, dx2-y2- and dz2
In level 4 there are s, p, d and f sub-shells (seven 'f' orbitals)
