I ALWAYS Seem to be getting 5 - 7 marks.
Can any of you please give me a "easy to remember formula"?

you could try the Point, Cause and Consequence method!
but for something like a 9 marker you need to give 2 pcc and 2 counter arguments to keep it balanced
