Advice on my predicted GCSE grades

These predicted grades are based on how well I feel I have done in the exams. I'm asking for advice given that I feel the grades aren't very good:

ICT (equivalent) - B
Maths - B
English Language - C
Philosophy/Ethics/RE - C (already achieved)
Computer Science - C/D
Art - C/D
Physics - C/D
English Literature - D
Geography - D
Biology - D
Chemistry - D/E

If these are the grades that I will be given in August, what would the best thing be to do? Would I be able to do A-Levels or attend university? What sort of job will I be able to find? I filled in one or two A-Level application forms and was strongly advised to do a Level 3 BTEC equivalent instead. My dad and sister's school grades would be mostly A*/A under the current system, with my mum's grades being all B/C today.
What sort of career are you interested in? Or what subjects would you take to A level if you continue to college?

Well I kinda enjoy drawing, although clearly not the sort of stuff we were doing in Art. I'm looking into a BTEC course in IT.
