Are my GCSE grades good enough to get into medical school?

I know how competitive medicine is, and I was wondering whether my grades are good enough, as I know that most medical students have a lot of a*s. Here they are:

Maths A*
Chemistry. A*
Biology A
English literature. A
English language. A
RS (full course). A
Ict. Level 2 distinction
Health and social care. A
History. A
I will also be studying maths, physics, chemistry and biology for a level.
