Non-equity partner
Whenever you look at the massive payouts for solicitors at big law firms, you usually see the training contracts, NQ and equity partner salaries, and maybe the salary of the managing partner. However, it seems to be almost impossible to find a salary for non-equity partner or a position in between NQ and partner. Does anyone have any idea what someone in these two positions could earn, let's say at a magic circle or american firm(based in London)
