Don't lose any easy marks! State symbols, correct arrow directions (mechanisms and Hess' cycles), definitions and + or - signs for all calculated values! All of these are really simple ways to get marks, even simpler ways to lose them though!
Learn the mechanisms! If you're not geared towards chemistry then they can seem a little daunting, but even if you have no interest or understanding of the subject and plan on dropping it, just learn the structures and arrow directions! At this level they aren't too complicated and are definitely worth learning.
Make sure you're rock solid on your baseline theory, everything else follows! PM if you've got any specific q's and good luck!
