Oxford MSc Economics for Development, Chances?

Hello,

I recently graduated with my second Bachelor's degree and I am interested in Oxford's MSc in Economics for Development. My first degree was in International Affairs and my second one is in Economics. Both of them are from the University of St Gallen in Switzerland with a final grade about equivalent to an upper 2.1. Furthermore I spent a semester abroad each at UCL and the University of Cape Town and received Firsts at both of them. Right now I am working for an investment firm that focuses on emerging markets and in the past I did an internship in consulting. Some extracurriculars are also part of my CV.
My GRE results are V163/Q165 and 4.0 in AWA.
So my questions are (1) how high you believe my overall chances of getting into the programme are and (2) whether I should retake the GRE.
