I mean it's all about ps at this stage... my friend has finished studying econ at UCL and she told me that there had been students with no fm

Yes! I applied to LSE, UCL, KCL, Bath and York.
Stats:

GCSE’s- D2*9877-775 (I should’ve listened to my teacher when she said ”do higher spanish” 😭)
•
A-level predicted grades - A*A*A (maths, business (yuck ik) and chem)
•
No WS (I’m him)
•
Extracurriculars:
•
read 4 ecom books
•
Chem & maths Olympiad (highest score in my college)
•
IEA essay contest
•
Self-taught (with the help of my college friend) AS FM (mentioned in PS)

(My college does offer fm but I wasn’t sure if I wanted to do econ at university or not so I didn’t pick it but now I wish I could go back in time haha)

i dont do further maths and i already got an offer from Bath and interview at Imperial for economics, finance and data science, dont lose hope!
