Registration for ELAT

Hello there, I'm an international applicant and I was wondering, can I register for the ELAT before submitting my UCAS application? Or do I have to send off my UCAS application before registering for the ELAT?

Also, after I've registered for ELAT do I have to indicate on my UCAS form that I'll be taking the exam?

You register for the ELAT separately although the deadline is the same as UCAS - 6pm, 15 October 2017. For two other tests, the deadline is not the same: the registration deadline for BMAT is 1 October and LNAT is 5 October.
