Cambridge elat help

Hi,
I'm applying for English at Cambridge this year, and wanted to start looking at ELAT prep while I have time over the summer. As Cambridge has stopped using Oxford's ELAT, its hard to get specific info about the test I'll be sitting (though I'm under the impression it's pretty much the same.)

On the Oxford website, it says that the ELAT is computer-based. Could anyone who applied to Cambridge let me know if it's the same there?

Hi, you can find information and a sample paper on the University website: https://www.undergraduate.study.cam.ac.uk/courses/english

hi, i did the elat for this yrs admissions and it is definitely almost exactly the same. i used past elat papers for practice which can be found on physics and maths tutor here: https://www.physicsandmathstutor.com/admissions/elat/.

this yr it was computer based for cam also. we receieved a log in to a university related website and the paper was posted there. we then had to write our answer in a google/word doc and submit it. it seems confusing but they give you all the info and details before. also kind of general advice but don't stress too much about it!! it seems very scary but honestly if you're an english student looking to apply to cambridge you probably already possess the language/analysis skills they're looking for so it's not like you have to overwork yourself trying to do well, if that makes any sense. good luck!
