Honestly I don't think there are any good ways of preparing. Do the practice paper so you know what its like, ensure you have the timing calculated out so you don't run out of time, and that's about it. Its primarily a test of English comprehension ability.

The only teaching we had was an 'expert panel' discussing questions, and they just all disagreed with each other on every question. The preparation I did was buying one of those practice question books. I went through every question in detail an tried to form a pattern, see what things they valued more than others etc. I then did the practice test for a second time to see the impact - got a lower result (by 1 mark).
