Just wondering if anyone can offer some advice on this. This is for CAAH.

I prefer Lincoln College's location and physical appearance. The accommodation seems to be better. It's size is more of what I want. But, it has a much lower % of state school students. Does it matter if the in house tutor's interests are with the Greek world where as mine are with the Roman?

St John's is larger and wealthier. I don't like that it's on a busyish road. The 1960s buildings kind of ruin the feel of the place to me, but I did really like it when I visited. The in house tutors are interested in the Roman world.

Is it advantageous to apply to a college where the tutors for a niche subject like CAAH have the same interests as you?
Do you think parents should charge rent?
