Hi, I have been told that I have to be in the UK for 3 years before I can start my course. I currently have an EEA family member resident permit. 31st October 2018 will make it 3 years since I have been in the UK. Would I be able to start in September 2018? or do I have to wait till 2019? You have to meet the residency requirements by 1st September, so you would need to wait another year.
