There are 2 different tables for the chapter "Normal Distribution" in S1 Mathematics. One is the "normal distribution table" and the next is "percentage points distribution table" How do we know when to use either of them in a question?

It's usually the former - copy a question where you aren't sure as I've never come across this query before.
