I agree. you forgot about the 10^-5 and made a small error with the 10^8/7

1) Regroup by combining the "numbers" and "powers"
(2.1*6)*(10^8*10^-5)

2) multiply "numbers" and "powers" (add the powers)

3) make sure the expression is in standard form

It's wrong and I can't tell what you thought you were doing. You should have

2.1 \times 10^8 \times 6 \times 10^{-5} = 2.1 \times 6 \times 10^8 \times 10^{-5} = 12.6 \times 10^{8-5} = 12.6 \times 10^3 = 1.26 \times 10 \times 10^3 = 1.26 \times 10^{4}
