cv grammar

On the cv responsibility section if i completed an experience in the past and wrote this

Ensured patient's well-being were met by supporting patients waiting in the ward

would that be grammatically wrong because "supporting/waiting" is present tense?

I'd reword it to something like "Supported patients waiting in the ward to assist their wellbeing". The use of "waiting" in this context is grammatically correct.

Hi there. Your sentence was grammatically correct, except I think the 'were' should have been a 'was' (as wellbeing is not plural). I thought it was better to reword and remove the duplication of 'patients'.
"Ensured patient's well-being were met by supporting patients waiting in the ward" is grammatically correct because of the "by"
Oh dear...
