electrode half-equations on IGCSE Chemistry Edexcel

Okay, so when the H+ cations react with a cathode during electroylsis, there are three different equations, and i don't know which one to learn
EQUATION 1; the most simple equation and the one i learnt first ; but i don't know if edexcel likes it
2H+(aq) + 2e– ==> H2(g)

Equation 2; saw it on the internet
2H3O+(aq) + 2e– ==> H2(g) + 2H2O(l)

Equation 3; the one my teacher i think taught us
2H2O(l) + 2e– ==> H2(g) + 2OH–(aq)
