AQA A Level Biology June 2010 Unit 4 Question 3d

Hi can anyone help me with the question stated above as I'm so confused with how you come about to solve it.

Thanks
I’ll go and have a look, give me 2 minutes
Is it about the Hardy Weinburg equation?
Okay, so you need to square root 0.33 to find ‘q’ (frequency of recessive allele), then take this away from 1 to find frequency of dominate allele. Multiply together, multiply by 2 (to find 2pq) then convert to a %
Thank you so much.

Why do we use 0.33? Is it because the alleles are talking about hair length?
