Applying for Pupillage in 3rd year.

In regards to do this what do people think the pro's and cons are of doing so? I believe I would have a strong enough application to apply.

Any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

What is your situation - a bit more info would be helpful. What kind of set are you looking to practice at, what are your grades/activities so far? Generally, there is no harm applying in 3rd year and plenty of people will do so and get pupillage. Plenty won't, but it can still be good experience even if you don't. On the downside, it can get in the way of exams and revision; much better to graduate with a 1st an no pupillage (from not applying) than a 2.ii and no pupillage (from applying and spreading yourself too thin).
