guys how can i apporach this question
'Cars passing a point on a motorway are recorded every hour. In the midnight to 6 am observation window, only 5 cars are observed per hour. There appears to be a major holiday and this has cut down on the road usage, what would be the maximum number of cars per hour would be required to say there is a holiday taking place, at the 5% significance level, using a one tailed test?'
