I've always been very critical of myself so maybe my problem comes from that. However, I wondered how 'normal' it is for people to take "u-turns" in their lives. Im studying Physics and maths from home, but in Sept 18 I was starting a course of English Lit & Creative Writing at university. I left after completing the first year and chose to study Physics and maths from home because i want to go into aviation which ive loved my whole life, but not being the natural maths genius put me and my family off. I envy those who just seem to know what they're doing and feel like I've wasted time studying things I wasn't completely interested in.
