LLB Law degree is not a QLD

Bath Spa's LLB Hons law degree is not a qualifying law degree but is still called LLB. How is that possible and will this affect my aspirations of becoming a solicitor?
considering the SQE's

Lol didn't know that was even possible.
Have you asked Bath Spa? Are you already on the degree?
You should contact the SRA and ask them to investigate then find out what is missing and how to rectify.
Normally the difference between LLB and BA is a few modules and you just sit the missing modules.
The SRA will know what to do.
Sure its been a surprise for everyone else on the course.

It wont affect SQE as that just requires you pass or fail.
Think might only affect those still wanting to do the LPC path.
I’ve been accepted into the degree this September. It is a LLB Hons if that means anything. I have contacted the UNI and they have stated that it isn’t a QLD but could be if they applied for it. Whatever that means. I will contact the SRA tomorrow.
That isn’t quite true because not being a QLD will deprive the OP of the chance of qualifying the old way. Anyone who starts a QLD before Autumn 2021 can qualify the old way.
