I am currently on 4th year, and I have got 32 in a module overall. Do you guys think the program board will let me pass if I pass all the other modules, or do I have to resit it in the summer?.

The rules about compensated pass will be on your unis website or you can ask registry or your department.
Compensated passes are normally in the 37-39 range.
I would be expecting a resit capped at 40 unless you have extenuatings.
