Question about academic credit for an application

I have a question about academic credits. I've completed two years of a three year BA (hons) course and after taking a gap year I'm now applying to do the third year. The uni wants to know my current credits, however I had an embarrasingly tough time during my second year and ended up with compensation credits for one of my modules. Because the compensation credits are marked seperately on my transcript (and not added to the total credits) I am unsure whether to include them. With 120 credit from my first year and 100 credit and 20 compensation credit from my second year would it be correct to say I have 240 credit or would it be 220 credits? Big thanks to anyone who is able to offer any advice!

"We do not award credit transfer on the basis of any compensated/condoned passes."
