Do I have to redo a year at the university of Nottingham?

So I’m in my first year and all my modules are compensable. I’ve got 60-67% across 6 different modules = 80credits however there are two modules which I had massively struggled in along side a lot of personal issues with which led to me not passing. Furthermore, I was asked to do a resit however, I don’t think either of them had done well. They’re both worth 20 credits each.

I’ve looked at the regulations and I am hoping to pass 1 at the bare minimum to pass through the year. However, does anyone know what would be the case if I don’t pass either?

I have called student services and they weren’t clear about this topic in specific due to it being up to the exam board etc.

Any help would be appreciated as I am stressing!

You've answered your own question - the exam board usually have several options available to them and their decision is based on a whole-picture view. Your handbook should avail you of the usual processes in these cases
