It's a newly refurbished studio apartments combine luxury together with an ultra modern feel. Located a stones throw from De Montfort University this student development is ideal for DMU students. My current agreement is 144pw however they start from 135 pw

Hey! I'd like to know more about this. Is this a private studio in an anonymous building or a studio in a private student accommodation building. Also could you please inform booking and cancellation policies for international students.

Hey thanks for your response. we could talk on snap chat or instagram if thats better?. It's a private studio ran by a student accommodation agency so anonymous i guess. It's a very nice studio I've been for a viewing. Policies remain the same for all students you just have to provide a guarantor
