Leicester Tenancy Takeover 2023/24

Hi, I need a full-time student going to university in Leicester to takeover my tenancy for an ensuite room at Glassworks in Leicester.

Tenancy is 43 weeks from 22nd September to July..

It's £156 per week with a £200 deposit. Rent includes all bills and a gym, common room, study room, cinema room and laundry room. The room is an ensuiteand has its own private toilet and shower with a shared kitchen.

Glassworks is within a 5 minute walking distance of De Montfort University and transport links, with an easy commute to both University of Leicester and Loughborough University as well as town centre.
