I don’t know but I would assume it would come in their GCSE syllabus.

Yes, they appear in year 1 pure. See chapter 6 of the Pearson textbook.

Depends what you're defining as circle theorems, the equation of a circle comes up with tangents + lines in the circles chapter however if you're thinking about angles/shapes within them, this doesn't really come up (edit: in year 1)
