I don't know where to post this, but I need help!
How do I get mini halogen bulbs out of my light fitting?

Both of them have blown and I can't get them out!
Does anyone know how to? The fitting doesn't have any parts which are obvious to unscrew, I've tried pressing the bulbs in the make them pop out, and no part of the bulb sticks out of the fitting so I can't just grab hold of it and pull it out! I know this is slightly random for TSR but my Dad's away right now and none of my sisters or my mum know how to do it! There must be someone on here who can change lightbulbs?!
