Statistical analysis of preference

I will be carrying out a study where participants will have to indicate a preference of one of two slides. The slides are identical mirror images. Where one has text on the left, and image on right, and the other is image on the left and text on the right.
How do I statistically analyse this to get an overall score.
They will do 20 trials of this.
I know I could use a chi square for each trial but how do I get an overall score, as in on average do people prefer a certain way round?
